Directions
Saute: What You Need: 2 tbsp oil; 3 cups cooked rice; 1 packet seasoning; 1 tbsp soy sauce; 2 eggs beaten. Optional Ingredients: 1/2 cup meat of choice, cooked; 1/2 cup vegetables of choice, cooked. Preparations: 1. Over high heat, add oil to skillet and saute rice for 1-2 minutes. 2. Stir in seasoning and soy sauce. 3. Push rice to side add eggs, scramble, then stir into rice. 4. Add any optional ingredients and saute for 1-2 more minutes.
